108 Sun Salutations to Welcome 2018

In honor of the new year, we’ll gather in community for 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)! It’s a great way to set the tone for 2018 and commit any new year resolution!
Join us during this new year to purge and cleanse our body/mind of all toxins, impurities, and past patterns or behaviors.
We will let go of all that does not serve us any longer. We will shed the old and invite in the new as we physically and energetically shift into the new year.
During this practice: we will stoke our internal fires (agni) and harness the energy of the sun. This practice will transform you from the inside out! We will re-awaken our inner-strength, determination, and focus and tap into a long-lasting stillness and peace found beneath the stagnant and clouded layers of illusion and ego.  Get ready to purify in body, breath, and sweat!
What to bring: Water and a small towel is a must as the body warms up & sweat!
Why the Number 108:
The number 108 breaks down to:

8 = Infinity or Eternity
