80/20 eating for 10 years

    People say it’s hard to balance work and/or school AND eating healthy food. It can be very easy, with a few tweeks. Like, I started to keep organic kale and carrots in my work fridge, so I can eat a simple salad with every lunch. I don’t cut up anything, just wash and eat, stalk and all. But I should probably cut up the carrot. Anyhow, my easiest fall dinner meal is 6 or 7 or 8 grain/legume stew. Only takes 1 pot, and clean up is verrry easy.

    My 20 part of the 80/20 comes from my sweet teeth. I love to have a dessert after lunch and after dinner, but I figured since I don’t drink juice or soda, a little cupcake or chocolate, or cookies are ok. Next goal is to have dessert after lunch OR dinner.
